課程大綱 (Course Outline):

分子遺傳分析課程是對當代分子遺傳學上的幾種重要模式生物：酵母菌、線蟲、果蠅和阿拉伯芥，就其生物特性以及分子遺傳研究方法做完整的介紹。 This course is designed to introduce four major model organisms in modern molecular genetiics, the budding yeast, worm, fruit fly and Arabidopsis. The aim of the course is to help students understand the unique properties, methods and research strategies of these model systems, and thus to establish the essential background for future research career. In addition, we hope students will appreciate the beauty and joy of science research from this course.
